Valor Track Club is a local running club here to serve the community by teaching key fundamental components essential for an athlete’s development in running, living a healthy lifestyle, strengthening their faith, and most importantly having fun.

Valor Track Club is committed to teaching athletes the importance of honesty and integrity through sport. We are dedicated to help all who accept the Valor challenge to learn to strive for excellence, persevere through adversity, and compete with dignity and pride while developing a commitment to teamwork and service to the community.

We strongly believe that we should represent the same level of excellence and diversity on and off the field by providing the opportunity and encouragement for each student-athlete to reach his/her fullest intellectual and athletic potential. The common goal among Valor athletes is to achieve success at the highest level possible, both on and off the field while abiding by the club mission statement of good sportsmanship and ethical conduct.

Gutsey Bars

Gutsey bars were created for those on-the-go who are looking for a healthier alternative from the traditional bars that are filled with sugar, bulked up with grains, gluten and other mystery ingredients. Whether you're a local commuter or modern day digital nomad, eating healthy is without a doubt a difficult task - everywhere you turn there are less than healthy snack options.  In a world of increasing disease, and with the knowledge that much of our food might be to blame, it is time to take a stand against the unnatural ingredients that are hurting us, and start fueling our bodies with the best options possible.

Gutsey bars contain only good fats and organic ingredients. No GMO's, no grains, no gluten and no added sugars. The bar recipes are sinfully delicious, nutrient-dense and downright craveable.

All this goodness is packed into state-themed packaging that draws us back to our roots and reminds us that WE CAN get there from here - we just have to make the right choices along the way.

Still Waters Cancer Retreat

At the intersection of faith and cancer, Still Waters provides a space for those touched by cancer to process, connect, and worship.

While various retreats and expeditions exist for young adult cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers, none of them fully addresses the spiritual side of cancer. We want to change that. Think: part-church-retreat, part-summer-camp, and part-conference.

Whether you're a patient now, you're a young adult who went through childhood cancer, you're a survivor of young adult cancer, or you love someone touched by cancer, you are welcome to come and talk honestly about the hopes, fears, and doubts that cancer can bring. We'll enjoy activities by the water, learn together in fellowship, and ultimately worship the God who leads us beside the still waters and restores our souls, even though we walk through the valley (Psalm 23).

Our inaugural retreat is set for summer 2018, and we'll be updating our website and social media accounts with more details as we secure our location and dates, so check back for more info, subscribe to our website, or send us an email through our Contact page!

We hope you'll join us!

BEEze tees

In 2007, Tim started at Keene State College as a Graphic Design Major. While in college, Tim ran Cross Country and Track under Coach Peter Thomas. Years before becoming a full time coach at KSC, Coach Thomas owned and opporated a screen printing operation. He printed for road races all over New England.

Pete always talked about printing and said it was a great business and that he wished someone on the team would get into it. Well after years of hearing this Tim took the summer going into his senior year to learn basic screen printing skills.

Long story short, Tim printed a t-shirt design geared towards running, sold 10 shirts the same day and built up the business from there. After graduating in 2011 Tim went full time into his new venture and the rest is really history.
